There's a moment, usually before someone joins, where she realizes how much she's been holding on her own.

Not just the visible things — but the internal ones.
The constant awareness. The processing. The quiet work of responding to everything around her, all the time.

you're in the right place.

This is what it feels like to come back to yourself.

Imagine entering a space where nothing is being asked of you.
Where you don't have to perform, explain, or keep it together.
Where you can arrive exactly as you are.
Some weeks you'll share. Some weeks you'll just listen. Some weeks you'll simply arrive — open, present, and held.
You'll feel your body begin to soften in a space that's safe to land in.
Like slipping into warm water. Held and supported, with nothing to carry for a moment.

WHAT IT FEELS LIKE

Over time, you begin to notice:
  • less internal pressure
  • more space between feeling and reacting
  • a steadier relationship with yourself
  • a sense of being supported, not just coping
  • the ability to return to yourself more easily in everyday life

This work is subtle — but it's not small.

Each session is gently guided, but not rigid. There is space for grounding and settling into your body. For noticing what's present. For being with what arises — without needing to fix it. For quiet reflection or shared experience. There is no pressure to show up in a particular way — only to hold reverence for yourself and the women around you. The consistency and safety of the space is what allows for growth. Not because we're forcing change — but because your system is learning new pathways toward regulation.

This isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about finally having somewhere your body feels safe enough to soften.

When your system feels genuinely held, something shifts. What's been held can be released. What's been quiet can emerge. What felt stuck can begin to move. What's been calling can be created.
My experience as a facilitator has taught me that safety is the foundation of everything. Because of this, the Cuan may not be the right fit if:
  • You're not open to being in a space that centers care — for yourself and for others
  • You feel resistant to perspectives rooted in compassion, inclusion, and shared humanity
  • You don't hold values of decolonization, antiracism, intersectional feminism, and peace

Like fertile soil, protected from the elements — growth happens naturally, because it's safe to.

If this space feels important to you but you have questions, or if finances are a consideration — please reach out. I mean that.

I now have the tools to implement my new business, to connect with my higher self more easily, to come to a more balanced place at a quicker rate on days when things feel hard, and to grow even stronger into my own being.  I loved Tia's nurturing support, and openness and having us bring our own ideas to the table. I loved sharing and receiving from the group. I loved that we formed a sisterhood who I am likely to stay in touch with.

Anyone considering taking a course with Tia
 don't think twice!
